Evolve: Empowering MCA Students through a Two-Day Induction Program at Kristu Jyoti College

On October 9th and 10th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus conducted a two-day induction program for the MCA students at Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology. The program aimed to help students develop key personal and professional skills, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and their future careers. The sessions, which covered a range of interactive and insightful topics, provided students with the tools to enhance their perception of self, create a career vision, and effectively manage time. The session titled Connecting Hearts and Minds set the stage for students to engage deeply with one another and with their own ambitions.

The program also focused on essential leadership skills through sessions such as Leading by Building and Beyond the Dreams. Through group and individual activities in the Insightful Interaction session, students were able to practice confidence-building and communication skills, essential for both their academic and professional growth. The training team, including Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire,  Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer. Ms. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer, Ms. Bushra SN, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Ms. Neema P Jaimon, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire and Girija Narayanan U, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire ensured that the sessions remained highly engaging and impactful for all participants.
