LUMOS – Session on Leadership Building at MI B.Ed Training College

Team INSPIRE and Srishti Campus, proudly collaborated on the transformative four-day residential camp, LUMOS, organized by MI Training College for aspiring B.Ed students. The second session on January 02, 2025 of the camp featured an inspiring session led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire on the topic of “Leadership Building.” This highly engaging session focused on empowering participants with the skills and mindset required to become effective leaders in the field of education. Through interactive discussions and activities, the students explored practical approaches to enhance their leadership capabilities, fostering confidence and a sense of purpose.

The session emphasized the importance of leadership in education and how future educators can influence and inspire their students. His dynamic approach encouraged participants to think creatively and adapt to challenges, while also emphasizing collaboration and communication. The students were actively engaged, reflecting on their roles as leaders and embracing strategies to build a positive and inclusive learning environment.
