LEAD 2.0: Exploring Leadership and Teamwork on Day Two at Kristu Jyoti College

The second day of the LEAD 2.O Leadership Program, held on August 22nd, 2024, was a fitting conclusion to an intensive and rewarding two-day experience for the student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanassery. The day, organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, focused on practical application and hands-on learning through various sessions and activities. The day began with a session on Above the Line Leadership, which introduced participants to advanced leadership concepts and strategies.

Following the session, the students participated in an Outbound Training program, which consisted of eight activities designed to test and develop their soft skills in a real-world context. These activities, spread across the campus, required teamwork, critical thinking, and effective communication, allowing the students to put into practice what they had learned over the two days. The day ended on a high note, with participants sharing their experiences and feedback, expressing how the program had significantly impacted their perspective on leadership
