Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Ponjesly College of Engineering, Nagarcoil organized an Industry visit at Srishti Innovatives. Students from computer science and electronics department were participated in the IV sessions. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Kiran, Corporate Trainer & Developer.

The industrial visit organized by Team Inspire and Srishti Campus served as a crucial bridge between theoretical knowledge and the practical demands of the industry. The sessions aimed to enlighten participants about the diverse and ever-expanding career prospects within the Information Technology industry. It provided valuable insights into the various roles, skills, and trends prevalent in the IT job market. And also emphasized that soft skills are indispensable in today’s interconnected and diverse world. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the various soft skills and their significant impact on personal and professional success.
