LEAD 2.0 First Day: Inspiring Leadership Journeys

The first day of the LEAD 2.O Leadership Program, held on August 21st, 2024, marked the beginning of an enriching journey for the student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology. Organized by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, the day was packed with insightful sessions designed to break the ice and introduce various leadership styles. The participants were engaged from the outset, setting the stage for a dynamic and interactive learning experience.

One of the standout events of the day was the Human Library, where the trainers, acting as ‘books,’ shared their personal stories and leadership experiences. This session provided a unique and intimate glimpse into the challenges and triumphs of leadership, leaving the students with a deeper understanding of what it takes to lead effectively. The day concluded with the Candle Light Cafe, an emotionally charged session that allowed participants to open up and share their thoughts in a supportive environment. The feedback from the students highlighted the profound impact this session had, as they felt truly listened to and understood.
