Career Craft at Kristu Jyoti College: A Day of Empowering Students for Professional Success

On February 16 th 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in collaboration with Student Council and Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery had conducted a One-day Career Oriented Program called Career Craft. There were almost 50 students from different PG departments had participated in the program. The primary objective of the program was to equip students with the essential skills necessary to establish a solid foundation for a successful career.

The sessions were led by expert faculties from Team Inspire, Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer, Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer. The sessions provided a platform to excel students skills and they were able to understand the essential skills for a career growth.

The program was conducted to enhance participants’ communication skills, focusing on effective verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and professional writing. The sessions were designed to provide an experiential learning experience, and it was evident that they met the expectations of the students. Participants provided positive feedback on the program, highlighting the practicality of the skills learned and the interactive nature of the sessions. Many expressed confidences in expressing their opinions and were able to showcase their skills.
