MARVELOUS: A Transformative Induction for Electronics and Communication Engineering Students at Ezhukone

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Govt College of Polytechnic, Ezhukone, proudly announced the successful conclusion of a five-day Induction Program for the polytechnic students, held from August 5th to 9th, 2024. The program was crafted to arm students with essential life skills, aimed at enhancing their academic journey and preparing them for future challenges within the electronics and communication engineering field. Throughout the five days, students were actively engaged in a variety of sessions covering a wide array of topics such as Ice-Breaking, Interpersonal Skills, Goal Setting, Problem-Solving, Leadership, Self-Awareness, Stress Management, Collaboration, Time Management, Effective Communication, and the significance of maintaining a positive Online Persona.

The sessions were expertly facilitated by senior members of our team, including Mr. Vishnu Prasad (Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life Skills & Soft Skills, Head of Team Inspire), Ms. Akhila Chandran (Corporate Trainer, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer), Mr. Sujith Surendran (Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer), and other certified trainers such as Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Mr. Premlal, Mrs. Sreekutty, Ms. Girija, Ms. Bushra, and Ms. Neema. Their vast experience and deep insights into life skills and soft skills were pivotal in ensuring that the students left with valuable knowledge and the confidence to apply these skills in their future careers within the electronics and communication engineering industry.
