Elevate: One-Day Induction Program For MBA & MCA Freshers At Mount Zion College

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mount Zion College of Engineering, Kadamanitta, conducted a transformative one-day induction program on September 4th, 2024, for first-year MBA and MCA students. The program aimed to ease the students’ transition into their academic journey by offering engaging sessions such as Ice Breaking, Institutional Dynamics, and Leading by Building. These activities helped the students connect with one another, understand their new learning environment, and set a strong foundation for their professional growth.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, students were inspired to challenge their limits, develop essential leadership skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. The session concluded the program with a powerful message to dream big and pursue their ambitions with confidence, leaving the students motivated and equipped for the journey ahead. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire,  Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer.
