Transformative Workshop on Positive Parenting at St. Shantal School

On June 29th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Password Publications, conducted a highly engaging session on ‘Positive Parenting’ at St. Shantal English Medium School, Kowdiar. The session was expertly led by Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer a distinguished faculty member of Team Inspire, who brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the event. The primary aim of the session was to equip parents with effective strategies to foster positive relationships and healthy development in their children.

The session was activity-oriented, providing participants with practical insights and hands-on experience. Key topics covered included various parenting styles, strategies to manage sibling rivalry, methods to change negative behavior patterns, and an overview of the stages of child development. Akhila Chandran facilitated discussions that encouraged parents to share their experiences and challenges, making the session highly interactive and relatable. The activities and discussions provided parents with actionable tools and techniques to apply in their daily lives.
