Training and Development Program for Teachers

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with M I B.Ed Training College, Malappuram, conducted a highly impactful one-day training and development program exclusively for teachers on June 13th, 2024. The program, designed to address the specific needs of educators, focused on enhancing soft skills essential for the teaching profession and effective classroom management techniques. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the teaching faculty, making it a highly interactive and successful event.

The sessions covered a range of critical topics tailored to empower teachers with the necessary skills to excel in their profession. Key areas of focus included communication skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, all of which are vital for creating a conducive learning environment. Additionally, practical strategies for classroom management were discussed, equipping teachers with tools to maintain discipline and foster an engaging and productive classroom atmosphere. The program was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire with interactive activities, group discussions, and real-life scenario analyses, ensuring that the participants could immediately apply the skills and knowledge gained.
