Team Inspire and Srishti Campus Join Forces with Naipunnya School of Management for Successful Skill Sprint Placement Training Program

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in collaboration with Naipunnya School of Management, Cherthala conducted a one-day placement training program named Skill Sprint for BCA and BSc Computer Science students. The sessions were handled by expert faculties from Team Inspire, Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer Cum Program Coordinator, Certified Life Skills and Soft Skill Trainer and Ms. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life Skills and Soft Skill Trainer.

The one-day placement training program focused on enhancing participants overall interview skills. The session began with a comprehensive module on crafting impactful self-introductions, emphasizing concise yet informative personal narratives. Participants engaged in practical exercises to refine their self-presentation techniques. Participants were cooperative and enthusiastic throughout the sessions improved the quality of session.

The second half of the program delved into interview skills, covering crucial aspects such as body language, communication, and addressing common interview questions. Role-playing scenarios allowed participants to practice and receive constructive feedback. The training emphasized the importance of showcasing one’s strengths, skills and aligning them with the job requirements.

Overall, the program provided valuable insights and practical tools for effective self-introduction and interview performance, empowering participants with the confidence and skills necessary for successful job placements.
