Teacher Personality Training Program at Thanbeehul Islam Teacher Training Centre Kasaragod

On December 26, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting a session on “Teacher Personality” at Thanbeehul Islam Teacher Training Centre, Kasaragod, as part of the 10-day Community Living Camp, Polima 2024. The program was designed for D.Ed students, providing a valuable platform to explore the nuances of teaching and personal development. The session was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire whose engaging approach and relatable examples captivated the participants, encouraging them to reflect on the qualities that define an impactful teacher.

The highlight of the session was its ability to connect with the students on a personal level, fostering an environment of shared learning and self-discovery. The interactive discussions and activities emphasized the importance of empathy, adaptability, and effective communication in shaping a teacher’s personality.
