Inspiring Future Teachers: Exploring Essential Personality Traits for Success

On November 18, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting a session on Teacher Personality Traits at Sree Narayana B.Ed College, Varkala. Organized in association with the IQAC, the program aimed to inspire and empower the enthusiastic first-year B.Ed students, who represent the future of education. The session was led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire who engaged the students in understanding the essential personality traits required for effective teaching and building meaningful connections with learners.

The session was highly interactive, allowing students to reflect on their aspirations as educators while exploring strategies to develop key personality traits. The participants showcased their eagerness to learn and grow, contributing to a dynamic and enriching experience. The program’s focus on self-awareness, communication, and adaptability resonated with the audience, setting the foundation for their journey toward becoming impactful educators.
