Empowering Educators: Life Skills Training for Notre Dame School Teachers

On October 29, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in collaboration with Password Publications had the privilege of conducting an impactful life skills training program for the dedicated educators of Notre Dame School. This program was tailored to equip teachers with the essential skills of resilience, effective communication, and adaptability—qualities that are vital in today’s evolving educational environment. These skills are designed to support teachers in fostering a positive and engaging classroom culture, benefitting both educators and students alike.

The sessions, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer were interactive and hands-on, encouraging teachers to reflect on their teaching practices and identify areas for growth. Through practical exercises and real-life scenarios, the trainers guided participants in developing a toolkit of strategies to handle daily challenges in the classroom, enhancing their ability to connect with students and colleagues. The program was well-received, with teachers sharing that the insights and techniques provided would directly contribute to their teaching methods and personal development.
