LEAD 2024 Day 3: Mastering Relationship Management and Coping Skills
LEAD 2024, the Three-day Leadership Program was a prestigious program presented by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus in association with Alpha Palliative Care. Community Welfare Officers from various districts across Kerala were participated in the program. The LEAD was commenced on May 21, 2024 to May 23, 2024 at Veli Youth Hostel, Thiruvananthapuram. The three-days residential camp was ended up with roller-coaster of emotions and experiences.
The final day of LEAD 2024, held on May 23, 2024, focused on relationship management and coping skills, critical aspects of effective leadership. The day began with an energizing session on mindfulness and Visualization, which was led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator, Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer. The next session was on “Relationship Management,” led by Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer and Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer. This session covered essential skills for managing professional relationships, including trust-building, effective communication, and maintaining positive workplace interactions.
Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, then conducted the “Coping Skills” session, which focused on stress management and resilience. Participants explored various techniques for coping with the pressures of leadership and maintaining mental well-being. These sessions equipped participants with the tools needed to handle the emotional and psychological demands of leadership roles.
Team Inspire Trainers conducted a Game Workshop which focused on only activities which can be later used by the participants in order to improve their interaction with clients. The participants mentioned that it was very helpful for them to improve their skills in the feedback.
The camp concluded with Kalashakottu, a celebration that brought all participants together in a joyful and communal event which included a set of songs and activities. This was followed by detailed feedback sessions and the distribution of participation certificates, marking the end of an enriching and transformative three-day program.
The LEAD 2024 camp ended on a high note, leaving participants with a roller-coaster of emotions and invaluable experiences that will shape their future leadership journeys.
