LEAD 2.0: Empowering Future Leaders at Kristu Jyoti College
The LEAD 2.0 Leadership Program, conducted on August 21st and 22nd, 2024, by Team Inspire & Srishti Campus, in association with Kristu Jyoti College of Management & Technology, Changanacherry was an exceptional initiative designed to enhance the leadership skills of student council leaders at Kristu Jyoti College. This prestigious two-day program was carefully crafted to provide participants with hands-on experiences, equipping them with the soft skills necessary for effective leadership. The diverse sessions and activities ensured that the participants not only learned about leadership but also experienced it in a deeply impactful manner.
The program commenced with ice-breaking activities and sessions on leadership styles, setting the tone for an engaging and interactive learning environment. The first day also featured unique events like the Human Library, where trainers shared their personal leadership journeys, offering invaluable insights to the students. The day concluded with the Candle Light Cafe, an emotionally resonant experience that allowed students to express themselves and feel truly heard. Day two of the program continued with a session on Above the Line Leadership, followed by an Outbound Training that involved eight team-based activities on campus. These activities provided practical applications of the soft skills discussed, culminating in a day filled with growth, teamwork, and reflection.
