Interactive Training Enhances Teaching Practices at Vimala English Vidyalaya

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in partnership with Password Publications, successfully hosted a one-day training and development program exclusively for teachers at Vimala English Vidyalaya, Nedumangad on June 15th, 2024. This program was thoughtfully designed to enhance essential soft skills for the teaching profession and to impart effective classroom management techniques. The enthusiastic participation of the teaching faculty made the event highly engaging and productive.

The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, who covered a wide range of topics aimed at empowering teachers with crucial skills for their professional development. Key areas of focus included advanced communication skills, fostering emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution strategies, all vital for creating a positive and conducive learning environment. Additionally, the program addressed practical classroom management techniques, providing teachers with effective tools to maintain discipline and boost student engagement. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and real- life scenario analysis, participants gained practical insights they could immediately apply in their classrooms.
