Elevate: A Transformative Two-Day Induction Program for B.Tech Freshers at Mount Zion College
Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Mount Zion College of Engineering, Kadamanitta, successfully conducted a dynamic two-day induction program on September 2nd and 3rd, 2024, designed to welcome and orient the first-year B.Tech students. The program aimed to inspire and prepare the students for their academic journey ahead, offering a variety of interactive sessions that provided learning, self-awareness, and personal growth. The sessions, including Ice Breaking, Institutional Dynamics, and Leading by Building, provided the students with a platform to understand their new environment, connect with peers, and build a strong foundation for their future endeavors.
The carefully curated sessions, such as Insightful Interaction, Beyond the Dreams, and Self Awareness, encouraged the students to delve deeper into their aspirations and unlock their true potential. These engaging activities helped students to reflect on their personal goals, overcome their fears, and develop essential skills that will support them in their academic and professional paths. The closing session, Fly High, served as a powerful reminder for students to dream big and strive for excellence, leaving them motivated and ready to embark on their new journey with confidence. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire, Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer and Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer.
