EVOLVE: Induction Program for BCA at Kristu Jyoti College
On July 8th and 9th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Kristu Jyoti College, Changanssery, successfully conducted a two-day induction program named EVOLVE for BCA first-year students. The program, held in the BCA department, was organized in parallel sessions for two batches and was highly activity-oriented. The sessions covered a range of topics designed to ease the transition into college life and prepare students for their academic journey.
The first day featured several engaging sessions: “Connecting Hearts and Minds”, led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer; “Institutional Dynamics” (behavior and attitudes within the institution), led by Vishnu Prasad; “Career Visioning” (goal setting), led by Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer; and “Leading by Building” (leadership), led by Sujith Surendran, Vishnu Prasad and Akhila Chandran. The second day continued with equally impactful sessions: “Perception of Self” (self-awareness) by Sujith Surendran; “Beyond the Dreams” (turning dreams into reality) by Vishnu Prasad and Akhila Chandran; “Fly High” (Kalashakottu) by Sujith Surendran and Vishnu Prasad. The program concluded with feedback from the students, who were actively involved throughout and found the sessions highly effective.
