One day youth empowerment training program was jointly organised by Team Inspire, Srishti Campus and AJ College of Science & Technology on 20 th October 2023. The name of the program, ‘UPGRADE’ itself indicates life skill training which aims to develop young people’s abilities and motivates them to make use of all types of information. The sessions were handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill &soft skill Trainer, and Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life skills & soft skills Trainer.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Mar Chrysostom College of Arts & Science, conducted an informative orientation session for the students on Promising Career Prospects in the IT sector and How Digital Marketing Can Significantly Enhance their Professional Opportunities. The session was handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and supported by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill.

Industrial Infusion

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Ponjesly College of Engineering, Nagarcoil organized an Industry visit at Srishti Innovatives. Students from computer science and electronics department were participated in the IV sessions. The sessions were handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Kiran, Corporate Trainer & Developer.

Team Inspire provided academic support for the IV organised by Srishti Campus on the topic Job Opportunities in IT Sector and Importance of Soft Skills. Around 70 students from BCA batch of the BVM Holy Cross College, Cherupunkal had participated in the IV. The sessions were handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill & soft skill Trainer, Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life skills & soft skills Trainer and Mr. Renold, Corporate Trainer.

A new edition of induction programme got started at Iqbal College, Peringamala. Iqbal college conducted the induction programme called Selfignite in association with Team Inspire and Srishti Campus which serves as the welcoming gateway for individuals entering a new phase in their academic or professional journey. The primary goal of the induction program was to ensure a smooth transition for participants, making them feel comfortable, informed, and prepared for the experiences ahead.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in association with Govt Polytechnic College, Kayamkulam, initiated a seminar on Career Goal Setting and a session on Data Science for computer technology and electronics branch students. The seminar, a part of the Inception Series, was expertly handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer and Program Coordinator from Team Inspire. The comprehensive session on Data Science was conducted by Mr. Kiran, a proficient Corporate Trainer & Developer. The program aimed at setting the inception of a successful and fulfilling career path for the attendees, providing valuable insights, strategies, and motivation for effective career goal setting. Additionally, the session on data science delved into the inception of in-depth knowledge and practical skills essential for navigating the dynamic landscape of Data Science, a rapidly evolving discipline crucial for extracting valuable insights from vast and complex datasets. Such initiatives, marking the inception of educational empowerment, significantly contribute to the personal and professional growth of individuals.

Around 116 students from various departments of Arunachala College of Engineering for Women, Tamil Nadu, recently embarked on a ‘Career Connection Journey’ during an industrial visit to Srishti Innovative. This visit aimed to provide students with a firsthand understanding of the company’s operations and ethos, imparting invaluable knowledge about the technical skills vital for the IT sector. The sessions were expertly conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, and Master Trainer in Life Skills and Soft Skills, along with Mrs. Soumya, Corporate Trainer & Developer. This initiative, organized by Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, offered students a valuable platform to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry demands. The interactive nature of the sessions encouraged meaningful discussions, enabling students to envision their future roles in the industry. Arunachala College of Engineering for Women, Tamil Nadu, played a pivotal role in facilitating this ‘Career Connection Journey,’ paving the way for promising careers in the IT sector.

Srishti Innovative in association with the National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) was organized a session on “Sign Language” exclusively for Srishtians and Students from Srishti Campus. The sessions were conducted parallelly, one for Srishtians and for Students at Srishti Campus. The session at Srishti Innovation was handled by Mr. Adithya Kumar, ISL Teacher, Miss. Jincy Mariam Jacob, ISL Interpreter, Mr. Joly Alphons, DISLI student, Miss. Sheelu Mariam Aniyan, DISLI student, Mr. Sooraj S K, DTISL student and Miss. Meera Muralinathan, DTISL student. The session at Srishti Campus was handled by Arun Yadav, ISL Teacher, Bhavana U B, Commerce faculty, Meenu Muralinathan, DTISL student, Vishnu K, DTISL student, Jilja Rose T F, DISLI student and Harishma S H, DISLI student.

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus presented valuable Industry Insights on job opportunities in the IT sector for MBA students at Iqbal College, Peringamala. The session, led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, received additional support from Mr. Ikbal, Business Enhancement Executive, and Miss. Akhila Chandran J C, Corporate Trainer

Around 150 students from various departments of Arunachala College of Engineering for Women, Tamil Nadu had participated in an enriching industrial visit to Srishti Innovative . The purpose of the visit was twofold: to provide students with an insight into the company’s operations and ethos, and to impart valuable knowledge about the technical skills relevant to the IT sectors.
