Career Craft at Rajadhani Polytechnic College.

On the day of March 25, 2024, marked by eager learning and professional development, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Placement Cell at Rajadhani Polytechnic College, Nagaroor, orchestrated an engaging one-day placement training program named “Career Craft.” The event drew a substantial number of final-year students, all keen on gleaning insights and skills pivotal for their forthcoming career endeavours.

Resource persons Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life Skills & Soft Skills, Head of Team Inspire, and Ms. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer from Team Inspire, spearheaded the Career Craft Program, infusing it with their wealth of knowledge and expertise. Their approach ensured the program was not just another lecture series but a dynamic, fully interactive experience.

Throughout the day, participants were immersed in a series of meticulously designed activities and discussions covering essential topics such as interview skills, self-introduction, and resume building. The interactive nature of the session allowed students to engage directly with the content, fostering an environment of active learning and immediate feedback. The Career Craft program, thus, stood out as a significant milestone in the participants’ professional journey, leaving them better prepared and inspired to shape their future.
