Campus to Corporate At Younus College of Engineering & Technology

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Younus College of Engineering & Technology, Kollam, organized a half-day program on March 27, 2024, titled “Campus to Corporate.” The session was led by resource persons, Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life Skills & Soft Skills, Head of Team Inspire, and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator, Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, and Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer from Team Inspire. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the corporate world by focusing on essential skills required in the IT sector for the 21st century.

The program was highly interactive and covered a range of topics including technical skills, attitude and behaviour of employees, and the existing gap between campus learning and corporate expectations. Additionally, participants gained insights into the IT hubs in Kerala, understanding their significance and the opportunities they offer to budding professionals. The event provided a valuable platform for students to enhance their employability and prepare themselves for a successful transition from campus to corporate life.
