Empowering the Youth: ‘UPGRADE’ Program Explores IT and Soft Skills

One day youth empowerment training program was jointly organised by Team Inspire, Srishti Campus and AJ College of Science & Technology on 20 th October 2023. The name of the program, ‘UPGRADE’ itself indicates life skill training which aims to develop young people’s abilities and motivates them to make use of all types of information. The sessions were handled by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Corporate Trainer & Program Co-ordinator, Certified Life skill &soft skill Trainer, and Miss. Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Certified Life skills & soft skills Trainer.

‘UPGRADE’ Empowers Youth with IT Insights and Soft Skills

The Ever-Evolving Landscapes of IT Careers, the session explored the latest trends, growth areas, and job prospects in the IT sectors. A session on ‘Unlocking the Power of Digital Marketing’ which focused on providing an introductory overview of digital marketing, covering essential concepts, strategies and tools. And ‘Beyond Technical Expertise: The Role of Soft Skills’ discovered how to enhance the soft skills to stand out in your chosen profession.
We, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus are immensely glad to had such an youth empowerment program and are confident that the session will definitely equip young individuals with the skills, knowledge, and courage necessary to navigate the challenges of the modern world.
