LUMOS – Session On Classroom Management at MI B.Ed Training College

Team INSPIRE, in collaboration with Srishti Campus, proudly inaugurated the transformative four-day residential camp, LUMOS, organized by MI Training College for aspiring B.Ed students. The first session on January 02, 2025 of the camp set the tone for an enriching experience, with a highly engaging session led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire on the crucial topic of “Classroom Management.” The session highlighted effective strategies and innovative practices to manage classrooms dynamically, fostering a productive learning environment. Participants were captivated by the insights shared, which equipped them with practical tools to navigate the challenges of teaching with confidence and poise.

The interactive nature of the session allowed the students to actively engage, share their perspectives, and reflect on their roles as future educators. Through discussions and activities focused on Classroom Management, he inspired participants to embrace creativity and adaptability in their teaching methods, emphasizing the importance of building a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
