Step Up: Life Skills Workshop for Future Teachers

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus had the privilege of conducting an enriching Life Skills Workshop at Titus II College for Teacher Training on November 28, 2024. Led by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire and Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer,  the session aimed to empower aspiring educators with essential skills to navigate personal and professional challenges effectively. The workshop created an interactive platform for participants to explore strategies for self-awareness, effective communication, and resilience, fostering their growth as future educators.

The enthusiasm and passion displayed by the participants were truly inspiring. Their eagerness to learn and engage in the discussions reflected their commitment to becoming impactful teachers. This workshop not only helped them build their confidence but also reinforced the significance of life skills in shaping the minds of their future students.
