Strengthening Bonds: Team Inspire’s Interactive Teamwork Session for First-Year Students

On behalf of Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, we are pleased to share the insights from an engaging session on “Teamwork” conducted by Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire for the first-year students at Govt. Ayurveda College, Trivandrum, on November 13, 2024. This session marked a significant start to their orientation journey, with a focus on building essential teamwork skills that will support their growth throughout their academic and professional lives.

Throughout the session, he emphasized the importance of collaboration and mutual support in achieving shared goals, particularly in the healthcare field, where teamwork is a cornerstone of success. The students demonstrated enthusiasm and openness to learning about the dynamics of effective teamwork, actively participating in discussions and sharing their own perspectives on collaborative learning. It was inspiring to witness these young minds embracing the values of teamwork as they embark on this new chapter.
