Three Days to Success: Placement Training at Govt Polytechnic College, Ezhukone

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with the Finishing School Cell at Govt Polytechnic College, Ezhukone, successfully conducted a transformative three-day placement training program for diploma students. The training, held from 29 th to 31 st July 2024 was designed to enhance the students readiness for the job market by focusing on key areas such as Aptitude, English communication, mock interviews, and aptitude tests.

The sessions were expertly led by senior faculties from Team Inspire, including Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire Mr. Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer and Mr. Kiran, Corporate Trainer cum Developer who provided valuable insights and practical techniques to improve the students’ performance in real interview scenarios.

The effectiveness of the program was evident through the noticeable improvements in the students’ skills, as demonstrated by evaluations conducted before and after the training. The interactive sessions, coupled with hands-on practice, equipped the participants with the confidence and competence needed to excel in their placement processes. The positive feedback from the students further underscored the success of the training, highlighting the significant impact it had on their preparedness for the competitive job market.
