EVOLVE: Transformative Induction Experience for BSc Psychology Students at Kristu Jyoti College

On July 15th and 18th, 2024, Team Inspire and Srishti Campus, in collaboration with Kristu Jyoti College, Changanassery, successfully conducted a two-day induction program named EVOLVE for BSc Psychology first-year students. The program, designed to be highly interactive Session and activity-oriented, covered a variety of essential topics to help students transition smoothly into their academic life.

The first day’s sessions included “Connecting Hearts and Minds” (ice- breaking), led by Sujith Surendran, Program Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer, team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer; “Institutional Dynamics” (behavior and attitudes within the institution), also led by Sujith Surendran; “Career Visioning” (goal setting), led by Akhila Chandran, Corporate Trainer, Team Inspire, Certified Life Skill & Soft Skill Trainer; and “Leading by Building” (leadership), led by Sujith Surendran. On the second day, the sessions focused on “Perception of Self” (self-awareness) by Sujith Surendran; “Beyond the Dreams” (making dreams into reality) by Vishnu Prasad; “Fly High” (Kalashakottu) by Sujith Surendran and Vishnu Prasad. The program concluded with feedback from the students, who actively participated and found the sessions highly effective.
