Life Skill Carnival At Salafi B.Ed College, Kannur

Team Inspire and Srishti Campus in association with Salafi B.Ed College, Kannur had conducted an Introduction session on Life Skill and Soft Skills on 14 th March 2024. Final year student teachers of about 60 were participated in the session. The session aimed to explore all the life skills and important soft skills for student teachers in a quick through experiential learning.

The session was handled by an expert faculty in Team Inspire Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Senior HRO & CSR Manager, Master Trainer in Life skills & Soft skills, Head of Team Inspire. The life skill and soft skill session facilitated a transformative learning experience for participants, equipping them with practical skills and strategies to enhance personal and professional development. The session fostered a supportive learning environment conducive to growth and self-discovery. Feedback from participants indicated that the session was really useful to them and they also mentioned that they were able to connect the session with their syllabus

Through role-playing exercises, group discussions, and reflective practices, student teachers developed a deeper understanding of how to build positive relationships with students, collaborate with colleagues, and create inclusive learning environments. This holistic approach not only emphasized the importance of academic knowledge but also highlighted the critical role of empathy, adaptability, and continuous learning in shaping the educators of tomorrow.
